The Calendar within Planning Center is vital. The Calendar Admin role will be responsible for evaluating all calendar requests and working with the requestor if any scheduling conflicts occur. This role will also ensure rooms and resources are correctly assigned when needed. As the calendar items are entering into Planning Center some items also need to be manually added to the Church Wide calendar in the Go Team Central. This role will also coordinate all Facility Use requests (weddings, parties) ensuring all requirements had been met and the needed planning is in place.
